Kulshan Supported Employment is a private, non-profit organization that has been serving Whatcom County since 1987. We provide supported employment opportunities for individuals with developmental disabilities.

Kulshan contracts with Whatcom County and the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR) to provide supported employment services to adults with developmental disabilities who are eligible to receive services from the Washington State of Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD). All services provided by Kulshan are approved by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF).
